Quality Assurance Policy Statement

As Managing Director of ARDEX UK Limited, I am totally committed to the design, development and manufacture of quality products of the highest technical performance and providing excellent service within the field of our Company’s business, to fulfil the full requirement of our growing customers’ needs in an ever-expanding market place.

We intend to maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and our high standards of excellence through meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in order to operate an effective quality system.

All personnel within the Company will be fully trained to enable them to understand their role, exercise their duties and be able to accept their responsibilities within the system.

The system now in operation including our quality objectives stated here will be regularly reviewed to account for changes and growth. It will be audited, not just by the BSI, but also ARDEX Management, including myself, to ensure we maintain the high standards we set ourselves and required of a registered firm by the BSI.

We must all make a constant and conscious effort to carry out all tasks within the system correctly, with attention to detail, and any departure from the laid down Quality Assurance Procedure and System will not be acceptable.
