Hospital Floors get the Treatment
When York District Hospital required
major refurbishment of 5000 square metres of corridor
floors, the course of treatment given was screeding
with ARDEX A 35
rapid drying cement from ARDEX UK Limited.
As the newly laid screed could be
trafficked just 3 hours after application, Hospital
staff and the public were hardly inconvenienced. ARDEX
A 35’s rapid drying quality also allowed overlayment
after only 24 hours, even with a moisture sensitive
floor covering. Without sacrificing quality, the corridors
were refurbished quickly and reopened for use after
minimal disruption.
