Unbeatable Performance from ARDEX Industrial System
Ransomes Jacobsen are recognised worldwide as leading manufacturers of high quality turf care equipment, and when their large UK production facility required a flooring refurbishment it was essential that a durable, low maintenance and cost efficient flooring solution was specified.
With an impressive portfolio of resin flooring installations, ARDEX UK, the trusted name in high performance specialist building materials, teamed up with Lasercroft Flooring, specialists in the application of resin floor systems, to provide the ideal flooring refurbishment system on behalf of Ransomes Jacobsen.
ARDEX R 70 P Medium Duty Polyurethane Screed, which has been specifically developed to be suitable for use in aggressive areas where a seamless, joint free finish is necessary, was specified to meet the demanding project criteria. Regular advocates of ARDEX resin flooring products, Lasercroft Flooring were confident that ARDEX R 70 P would provide a hard wearing, low maintenance finish which would withstand the regular heavy duty plant and wheel based traffic commonplace within the Ransomes Jacobsen 10,000m² production facility.
ARDEX R 70 P is supplied as four components in pre-measured packs for ease of on site mixing and use, and when cured forms a tough, easily cleaned pigmented layer from 2mm up to 5mm thick. At the request of Ransomes Jacobsen a special light grey colour was formulated by ARDEX for the project, delivering the best possible aesthetic appearance for the production facility.
