Brantano Put Their Best Foot Forward with ARDEX
When shoe retailer Brantano required a flooring refurbishment for their Leeds superstore, leading manufacturer of premium quality flooring systems ARDEX UK worked in partnership with C & A Flooring Contractors of Cannock, to provide the perfect high performance flooring solution.
In order to ensure that the commercially important trading hours remained unaffected, the refurbishment was commissioned as an overnight installation. Due to these critical timescale demands, specifying totally reliable products was a prerequisite of the job.
C & A Flooring did not hesitate in selecting floorcovering adhesives from ARDEX, which have been proven throughout a range of installations to deliver outstanding performance and reliability.
The project required the installation of a new Domo Carpet throughout the store, utilising ARDEX AF 200 General Purpose Carpet Adhesive. Specifically developed for the UK flooring market, ARDEX AF 200 offers a technically advanced formulation, which is solvent free, low odour and provides high yield. In addition, ARDEX AF 200 is easy to apply and has superb wet grab and an exceptionally long tack time, with very good early and long term adhesive strength. Designed to be versatile, ARDEX AF 200 is suitable for adhering a wide range of textile floorcoverings including fibre bonded, needle punch, latex and rubber foam backed, hessian, felt and resin backed carpets, along with some PVC-based sheet and tiles.
