ARDEX
K 15 from ARDEX UK Limited was chosen to provide
a flat, level floor at the superb new indoor bowls facility
at Potters Leisure, a family owned chalet hotel on the
Norfolk coast.
Forming the centrepiece of a new multi-million
pound 3000m²
extension, the bowls facility has been designed as a
potential venue for national televised competitions.
Potter’s estate surveyor consulted ARDEX for advice
on achieving the perfect finish essential for the project.
Self-levelling ARDEX
K 15 was used to produce a very flat surface which,
together with the rapid hardening properties, allowed
the final floor covering to be laid with the minimum
of delay.
According to Mr Brian Potter, the
results have been totally successful: "Getting
the floor level for indoor bowls is very important.
We have attracted top class exhibition matches here,
featuring all the nationally know top bowlers and we’ve
had nothing but compliments about all aspects, including
the bowling surface."
