been in the UK?
ARDEX UK was established in 1960 in the U.K. in
Camden High Street, London. ARDEX has been at its current
U.K. headquarters in Haverhill Suffolk since 1980.

ARDEX are leaders in the development, manufacture
and marketing of fast track cementitious products for
the construction industry. ARDEX’s innovative and high
quality products are sold through specialist distributors
to contractors and end users.

for Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Middle and Southern Africa,
Pakistan, South East Asia, The Middle East and The United
Kingdom.

ARDEX UK are part of the ARDEX Group which has
its headquarters in Witten, Germany. Outside of the
U.K. and Germany, the ARDEX Group operates with production

an authorised distributor?
The ARDEX Area Manager in the relevant sales area
is responsible for the appointing of authorised distributors.

Do you ever visit
building sites and give on-the-spot advice?
On building sites where ARDEX products are being
used, our Area Managers or a member of our Technical
Services Department will provide on-site advice
at the request of distributors, contractors or architects.
In addition we have a technical support line, manned
09:00 – 17:00 GMT tel. +44 (0)1440 714939. This is part
and parcel of the extensive service offering ARDEX provide
to all their customers.

Do you hold training
sessions/demonstrations for your products, how much
do they cost and who can take part?
We hold frequent customer demonstration days at
our head office in Haverhill. These demonstration
days are co-ordinated by ARDEX Area Managers, often
in conjunction with distributors and include contractors,
specifiers and staff from distributors or associates
and educational bodies. Should you wish to attend a
demonstration day please send an e-mail request to info@ardex.co.uk.
For customers invited to a demonstration day there is
no charge.
Does ARDEX provide
factory visits?
During demonstration days participants are given
the opportunity to take part in an extensive tour of
the factory.
How safe are ARDEX
products from a health point of view?
We manufacture specialist building products using
materials such as cement and epoxy resin, etc. Please
consult the relevant health and safety product data
sheets that are available on this web site.
What does ARDEX
do to help protect the environment?
ARDEX ensures that it purchases raw materials on
the basis that they will cause least possible harm to
the environment and the end user of the manufactured
products. During the production process pollution from
dust and noise is virtually eliminated. Production of
waste is minimised and recycled where appropriate.
