Description	ARDEX UK have once again proved the versatility and performance of their premium quality tiling and flooring products by providing the total system solution for a refurbishment and new build project at the Jackson Square Shopping Centre in Bishop’s Stortford. Completed in May, the improved facilities include a 6500m² Sainsburys food store, 4000m² of shop units some with mezzanine capacity, plus 1500m² of restaurant space. Sub-contracted by the main developer, Wilson Bowden Developments, specialist tiling and flooring contractors Telling Finishings of Mansfield were required to complete the work overnight as it was vital that trading hours remained unaffected.

Description	A festival of shopping, style and fashion was enjoyed at the recent opening of Golden Square shopping centre’s new £120m extension, in Warrington. The retail-led regeneration project included the refurbishment of the existing 310,000 sq ft shopping area, together with the creation of a new 365,000 sq ft extension, providing Warrington with a fashionable edge and a great reason to shop locally.

Description	The refurbishment of the A13 Becton Arms Underpass, near Canning Town, London posed a challenge from the outset, as the main contractors RMG (A13) Construction JV, had received a tile design from their architect which, they believed could not be achieved. The intricate design involved ten different colours of tiles in a wavy random pattern, which would portray a bright and light ambience, favoured in underpass locations.

Description	ARDEX UK were delighted to have their sophisticated, high performance tiling products specified for use within an award winning luxury swimming pool complex. Converted from a Victorian Stable block in a private residence in Hampshire, the interior leisure complex consists of an upper pool, swimming pool, underwater whirlpool bath, gymnasium, steam room, showers, toilets and kitchen. The architectural design portrays opulence and style, and thus dictated that premium tile fixing systems from ARDEX, were a prerequisite of the specification.

Description	On the surface of it, a pool rejuvenation project is nothing out of the ordinary. However, when you consider that the project requires the Church to stay in use whilst the baptismal pool, in the middle of the Church, is renovated you begin to appreciate the challenge to the contractors.
