ARDEX K 11 is a thin application, contract grade levelling and smoothing compound designed for levelling and smoothing new, clean, prepared and primed sub-floors such as cement/sand screeds, gypsum screeds and concrete. ARDEX K 11 contains high quality synthetic resins, special cements and selected fillers so that when mixed with water, a fluid, easily trowelled mortar with free-flowing properties is produced. The mixed mortar can be applied up to a maximum thickness of 5mm in one application but will still retain its free-flowing properties at a thickness of only 2mm to provide excellent coverage and material economy. ARDEX K11 dries to a virtually tension-free layer and can receive floorcoverings such as vinyl, linoleum, carpet, etc., after 24 hours at 20°C.
